Little Betty Steak Bar is a beautiful steak house style concept in Lane Park in the heart of Mountain Brook, AL . We offer thoughtful and elegant dishes such as A5 Japanese Kobe beef, hand crafted pastas, oysters and crudos. We have warm, unpretentious hospitality under the direction of Chef Kyle Biddy (Catch Steak - NYC/Aspen, Guard and Grace(Denver), Quality Italian(NYC/Denver)) and General Manager Nic Wyatt (Ravello, 28 Court)
Little Betty Steak Bar is seeking a genuinely friendly and professional hospitality-minded Host/Hostess! We are open for dinner only and offer part/full time positions.
This position reports to the Little Betty Front-of-House Managers. For this position, we are offering competitive hourly plus tips. All of our bartender candidates must go through a development phase where you will begin as a bar back or server assistant and then grow into the bartender role as you are ready.
BARTENDER
We are looking for candidates that are true stewards of hospitality. People that embody passion and commitment for our craft and compassion for our guests and co-workers. The bartending role at Little Betty Steak Bar requires candidates with elevated cocktail experience, knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and the skills necessary to produce these cocktails. You will also be responsible for serving food and producing cocktail ingredients utilizing modern bar techniques.
The bar program is designed to push the boundaries of flavor and what one assumes would be offered at a restaurant of this style. Candidates should be excited about beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, food, and hospitality. You must work with a warm, knowledgeable & noticeably appreciative demeanor. This position is designed for individuals that are eager to learn and grow professionally and is an integral part of our restaurant’s success.

This is a full/ part time position and requires flexible schedule availability: including nights and weekends.
